I am writing to urge you to reconsider the decision to freeze rates for the Living Choices Assisted Living Waiver. The current rate of $86.73 per day does not reflect the true cost of care ($132.33 per day) and threatens the sustainability of community-based living options for Arkansas seniors.
Please support a rate increase that ensures providers can retain staff, maintain quality care, and keep our seniors safe at home.
